The Virginia State Bar Members’ Insurance
Center (VSBMIC) was pleased and honored to be selected
as the
broker-administrator for the Virginia State Bar Insurance Plans in
2006. The VSBMIC offers
the following important insurance coverages
to attorneys throughout the state:
It is important to note that we are an insurance
consultant or broker but not an insurance company.
Serving as a
health insurance agent, the Virginia State Bar Members’ Insurance
Center assists over
3,000 Virginia State Bar members, family
members, and staff with health insurance.
The Virginia State Bar has endorsed personal
insurance plans since the 1950’s. The VSBMIC’s
Personal
Insurance for Members Committee provides oversight and guidance to the
VSBMIC.
The work of this Committee and the VSBMIC relieves
attorneys of the time and expense of
finding insurance products on
their own.
